The Choosing Health workbook translates the functional medicine process Dr. Force uses in practice into a systematic and logical system for you to practice sefcare. Using the workbook allows you to measure your health status through questionnaires, home tests, and reading your own lab work. With practice, you become your own selfcare expert having proved for yourself what selfcare habits work for you.
Weekly Health Letter
Dr. Force emails a health letter every Friday that shares articles and resources for selfcare. It also has the schedule for upcoming lectures/workshops. The sign up form for the health letter is on this page.
